Hazel is petite weighing 37 pounds, never been a big eater even though she is open fed. She has a calm temperament only barks when wanting to go outside, when there is a knock at the door, someone on the porch, and wanting to play with or protect the kids while outside. Never has had any aggressive behavior. Her companion dog passed away early this year who was planned as her breeding mate. She lives with four cats, two other dogs, five kids and two adults and is unphased by the chaos of such a large household. Most the time she likes her rest but can have her playful moments when she is not in princess mode.
