About the Owner: My name is lilli i am a mother of 2 and have 2 dogs. Quincy is my youngest and for some reason or another I never got him neutered and honestly i feel bad for him because my other dog is spayed and he drives her nuts wanting to climb her. I really am thinking of his health and possibly gaining a puppy in the process. We are new to breeding and i at least would like for him to have the experience. Thank you
