About the Owner: The Pembroke welsh corgi has been a long time family dog on my mothers side, I can remember as a kid going to visit my cousins and playing with their dog and knew when I was older I’d love to have one myself, Toby has been a great companion and I see him more as an emotional support dog, Toby is very cuddly and loves to be very close with his family.
